Off That Couch Fitness is dedicated to helping triathletes, duathletes, runners and cyclists of all abilities to reach their full potential and goals. Whether you are new to your chosen sport or have been racing for a number of years, OTCF want to help you to reach your potential with a training plan designed to fit your goals and lifestyle. Our training plans will provide the focus you need to maximize your efforts, achieve your goals and race faster.
They are affordable (much cheaper than many other coaches) and hassle free. We are confident you will notice the difference from following one of our structured training plans.
Training Plan Options
- One – We send you a detailed plan each 4 weeks, follow it and return the info/results back on each session to allow us to develop the plan (starts with an initial meeting with us) . This is £75 with a end of month review via email or phone.
- Two – as above but with Watt bike Threshold test included and one training session with your coach each 4 week period to push and motivate certain disciplines within the sport (45mins per session, can be swim, bike, run or conditioning exercise etc £95 month
- Three – as above but clients have full swim analysis session in our endless pool every 3rd month and Wattbike threshold test on first meet up with us and every 10 weeks. Plus you see your coach 2 x per Month for a 45 min training session, followed by a review in person of training plans etc for the following weeks. £175 per month
