Swim Training in our Endless Pool is similar to swimming in open water as you have no turns every 25 metres, no shared lanes like in your local pool and the option of no stopping. By eliminating turns you get a better understanding of your true open water endurance.
Running on our underwater treadmill will reduce the wear and tear on your joints. It’s perfect for muscle recovery, injury rehab and fitness development. I wish I had this back in 2013 when I was coming back from a stress fracture in the build up to Kona.
